Pilates mat floor exercises are based on the principles of Joseph Pilates. They are designed to work the deepest muscles in the body by strengthening and stretching the musculature from the shoulder girdle through the hips, while working on balance, posture and increasing core strength.

High intensity training represents a group training based on strength exercises with additional weights for the best result. Exercises are not demanding so everyone can learn how to properly execute them. Each workout is designed deliberately so that people of different physical abilities within the group can easily modify them based on their own fitness levels. If you want to increase your strength, improve aerobic capacity and lose excess fat, this functional training is perfect for you!
Training is suitable for both men and women. Intensity is dosed individually even though this is a group training. Ideal as a combination with Pilates or yoga.

TRX training is where a person uses its own weight as the load thanks to specialized TRX straps. With adjusting the angle and position of the body, it is possible to perform a large number of exercises that activate the muscles of the whole body at the same time. This way you can quickly improve fitness level, strength, flexibility and balance. TRX exercises are very effective and safe for everyone, regardless of fitness level and everyone can perform them.
